Digital Download Terms
The content you download may only be used by you for your personal or business use and may not be sold or redistributed without Pathfinder Bookstore’s express written consent.
Delivery of Digital Products
You will receive the digital product link upon purchasing – if you do not receive it, you can immediately contact hello@pathfinderbookstore.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
Refund Policy of Digital Products
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on pathfinderbookstore.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products available here are intangible, there is a strict no-refund policy.
Pathfinder Bookstore work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

Refund Policy for Non-Digital Products
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any ofthese apply, please contact us at hello@pathfinderbookstore.com with photos of wrong/damageditems and we’ll sort that out for you.
Exchanges for Non-Digital Products
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hello@pathfinderbookstore.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Pathfinder Bookstore reserves the right to amend the Purchasing Terms at any time and on any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings without prior notice.
